Striker Benjamin Tetteh has credited his improved form to the deliberate move to always play in and around the box.
The 21-year-old is currently the most prolific Ghanaian in Europe having scored five in eight games for Sparta Prague.
Tetteh hit a brace on Saturday evening as Sparta crashed Slovan Liberec 4-1 to shoot themselves to the top of the Czech league.
The former Dreams FC player has certainly improved on his goal scoring since arriving from Bohemians in the summer and reveals it’s as a result of a significant change in how he plays.
“I think the players around me are helping a lot,” he told FootballmadeinGhana.com.
“But then also I am playing more in the box now, as a striker should.
“I was used to playing anywhere upfront to enjoy the game but I think I have found more efficiency knowing exactly where I should play now.”
Tetteh played for the Ghana U-20 team at the 2015 World Cup in New Zealand.
He is however yet to play for Ghana at senior level.
