Ghanaian winger Abdul Rashid Sani impressed on his debut for the Girona U19 team despite their 1-0 loss to Reus on Saturday.
The 18-year-old came on as a second half substitute in his first appearance for his new club since his move from Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC.
Sani’s lightening pace and skills won his side a massive opportunity to draw level through the spot after being brought down in the area.
But Pep Piany who stepped up to take the resultant kick missed, much to the disappointment of the home fans.
Girona eventually lost the game by a lone goal but took solace in the impressive performance of their new Ghanaian winger.
