Baba Rahman will miss Schalke’s clash against Bayern Munich on Saturday following the birth of his second child.

The Ghana defender together with his wife, Salma welcomed their baby boy around 3am.

Rahman had already been excused from his first team duties as Schalke to witness the birth of his child.

He will thus not been involved for the Royal Blues when they host giants Bayern in the Bundesliga on Saturday evening.

Schalke are desperately in search of their first point of the season having lost all their opening games in the German topflight.
