In a press release dated 17 September 2018, and signed by head of communications Samuel Sarfo Duku the club forfeits its contractual right to demand for a compensation from Samuel Kwesi Rabin who resigned from his role as head coach.
The club had previously demanded for the coach to pay the sum of Ghc 30 000 in order to be able to terminate his contract without just cause.
The management of Asante Kotoko have unconditionally accepted the resignation of coach Samuel Paa Kwasi Fabin contrary to the earlier position which sought to compel the couch to fulfill his contractual obligation.
The current decision by the management is aim at putting the matter to rest so as to focused on its foward march agenda.
Management believe that it plan to move the club at a deserving height should not be disrupted by any issue that is likely to engage the club in protracted litigation.
Management therefore appeals to to its stakeholders especially the teeming supporters of the club for their unflinching support in it effort at stabilizing the technical department of the club as consultations are ongoing to get a head coach for the club soon.
