Accra Hearts of Oak winger Isaac Mensah penned a 3- year deal with Angolan club Petro Atletico de Luanda.

According to our source the player told the management that he is ill and sought permission to go to his mother at Ashaiman for treatment not knowing he traveled to Angola with Inusah musah.

However the player reportedly under contract with the Phobians and cannot be transfered to another club without the consent and approval of Hearts of Oak.

The Phobians are reportedly planning to lodge and official complaint with FIFA.
