Alex Asante is very likely to be installed as the new secretary general of the Ghana Football Association by the FIFA Normalisation committee , highly-placed sources have told FootballmadeinGhana.com.

Asante is the deputy general secretary of the GFA in charge of international  competitions and international relations and has therefore built a very solid working relationship and connection with football persons across the globe.

The Kofi Amoah-led normalisation committee is understood to favor Asante in the role over Isaac Addo who currently occupies the position.
