The intermediary of Brazilian coach Ricardo da Rocha has confirmed talks have taken place between Asante Kotoko and the Brazilian coach.

Leslie Kuuku Bartels represents the Brazilian trainer in the country and has made some revelations.

“I represent Da Rocha. I was the one that brought him to Dwarfs. George Amoako the Kotoko CEO cannot deny he hasn’t contacted the agents of Da Rocha. He, Amoako, has spoken to the coach and if you have a current coach and you still engage talks with another then it means you don’t want your current coach ” Bartels said on Kessben FM.

“A meeting was held on Wednesday September 12 between Kotoko and the team representing Da Rocha of which I am part” Bartels revealed.

“I therefore informed Paa Kwesi of the interest of Kotoko in my client Da Rocha. I went on to show him proofs of communication that has taken place between George Amoako and my team.” Bartels told Kessben FM.

Meanwhile Battles says Da Rocha is no more available for Asante Kotoko following latest developments.

Fabin resigned on Thursday from his role at Kotoko but the club rejected the decision and wants him to honor his contractual obligation.
