Ghana U17 coach Abdul Karim Zito is caught in a dilemma over the replacement of Eugen Adjei Frimpong who is suspended for the WAFU Zone B Africa Cup qualifying final against Nigeria.
The Black Starlets are aiming to make history by winning the novelty CAF competition in Niger on Saturday.
Ghana would however have to do it the hard way following the suspension of its dependable midfielder Frimpong who misses the final after getting expelled in the semi final win over Cote d’Ivoire.
Coach Zito is now haggling over whether to play Rising Star Academy’s Mohammed Umar or Ransford Coffie of Golden Kicks.
Umar however seems to have the edge in getting the start as he scored Ghana’s equalizer in the semi final triumph over Cote d’Ivoire.
The coach however remains undecided on who will replace the suspended Frimpong.
“Well we will wait until the last minute to make a decision,” he told FootballmadeinGhana.com.
“Everyone is pushing and that is a good thing so we will wait and see.”
