The Physical trainer of Asante Kotoko Derick Osei Owusu has resigned from his position at the club after head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin tendered in his resignation letter on Friday.

Osei Owusu and Fabin have a strong working relationship as the duo worked together at the Black Starlets of Ghana.

Owusu followed his boss to Kumasi when he assume the managerial at the Porcupine Warriors role back in February.

“Derick Owusu has resigned from his role as physical trainer alongside Paa Kwesi Fabin. He, Owusu,  handed us his letter of resignation on Friday.” Communication director Sarfo Duku said on Metro FM.

Fabin resigned on Friday to the utter dismay of many forcing the postponement of Sunday’s game against Ashantigold.
