AshGold President Dr. Kwaku Frimpong has accused Asante Kotoko striker Sogne Yacouba of using black magic in their friendly clash on Sunday.

The Burkinabe struck twice as Kotoko rallied to beat their regional rivals 3-2 in the first leg of the ‘Golden Clash’.

Yacouba has been the toast of many especially the Kotoko supporters following his surge in form.

But AshGold chief Dr Kwaku Frimpong has attributed the impressive form of the striker to Black magic.

“Asante Kotoko should warn their Striker Sogne Yacouba to stop putting juju in his football boots and in opposition’s poles and play clean football. We will not allow that juju tricks at Obuasi,” he said in an interview with Nhyira FM.

Yacouba will get the chance to extend his good scoring record when he faces AshGold in the second leg of the friendly tie on Sunday.
