The Ghana international center back was injured in Hoffenheim’s 3-1 Bundesliga win over Freiburg on September 1.
The injury ruled him out of Ghana’s AFCON qualifier against Kenya after been included in Kwesi Appiah’s selection.
The center back was forcefully substituted in the 44th minute of the game but has posted a positive update on twitter on Thursday afternoon.
