Ghanaian defender John Otu played his first game for Real Zaragoza in their 2-1 win over Casablanca FC in the Spanish U19 league match on Saturday.
The 18-year-old joined Los Maños last week after penning a three-year deal.
Otu who arrived from Ghana Premier League club Dreams FC was handed his debut when he came on as a second half substitute.
The youngster is looking to progress from the lower ranks of his club to make it into the Real Zaragoza first team.
Otu played predominantly for Dreams FC’s youth team, Still Believe prior to his move to Real Zaragoza.
He was part of the Ghana U17 team that played at the 2017 Africa and World Cup tournaments.
