The Ghana U 17 team held their first training session on Friday ahead of their opening game in the Africa Cup qualifying tournament against Togo.

Ghana went through their final MRI test yesterday after C AF conducted a test for all the competing countries.

The qualifying tournament is a new format adopted by CAF for the U17 Africa Cup competitions.

Only winners from respective zones shall join hosts Tanzania for the tournament in 2019
