Jordan Ayew made his Crystal Palace debut in game week 4 of the Premier League against Southampton at Selhorst Park in a 0:2 defeat.
Ayew has struggled with playing time since joining the London club this summer on loan from Swansea City, but was handed his first start this season at home when influential Palace attacker Wilfred Zaha got injured at training ground on Friday, August 31, 2018.
Jordan looked lively in his first action in the Palace shirt. However, the best he did was mustering a wild shot from distance over the bar.
On the stroke of half time the former Swan player received a pass from Milivojevic and forced the opposition’s goalie to stretch to make a save.
The former Aston Villa man lasted 76 minutes on the pitch before been replaced by Alexander Sorlorth.
The results meant Crystal have lost their three games in all competitions.
