Group A – Thomas Partey
Partey’s Atletico Madrid were drawn into this group as Club Brugge, Borussia Dortmund and AS Monaco.

Group B – Kwadwo Asamoah, Inter Milan
This is where the team of the Ghanaian midfielder -Inter Milan – are placed. The other teams are Tottenham Hotspurs, Barcelona and PSV Eindhoven. Group of death. Isn’t it?

Group C – Rashid Sumaila, Red Star Belgrade
Ghanaians will hope for the former Dwarfs and Kotoko defender to be included in the Red Star squad for the group stages. Sumaila and his Serbian side have been handed a terribly harder group containing the runners-up of the last edition Liverpool, Napoli and french giants PSG.

Group D – Baba Rahman, Schalke 04
Baba and Schalke are rivals of Porto, Galatasaray and Lokomotiv Moscow.

Group F – Kasim Nuhu, 1899 Hoffenheim
Shaktar Donetsk, Manchester City and Lyon are the other sides in the group.
