Ghana league clubs Association together with Startimes will be organizing a stop gap competition to engage the clubs.

In a letter released and signed by Ghalca Chairman Kudjoe Fianoo, GHALCA will be organizing a stop gap competition to fill the gap resulting to from truncation of formal football activities.

“Ghalca main objective is

1- To fill the void resulted from the truncation of the league.

2 – Sustain
Spectator and viewer interest in association football till formall resumption of the league.
3- Reignite media interest in proactive football agenda to redirect active football conversation to the sustenance of the Local game.

The proposed date by Ghalca and Startimes is Sunday September 16, 2018 , with the formal launch tentatively set for for Wednesday September 5, 2018″ the release reads.
