Inter Millan midfielder, Kwadwo has paid a glowing tribute to Former United Nations General Secretary, Kofi Annan who was confirmed dead in Switzerland after falling sick.

Kofi Annan is one of the few people to have made Ghana a popular country on the globe.

”He was an inspirational international diplomat with unique distinction. He will forever remain one of the greatest Africans of our time. My thoughts & prayers are with the family of Mr. Annan,” he posted on his twitter page.

As the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan reformed the UN bureaucracy; worked to combat HIV, especially in Africa; and launched the UN Global Compact.
