Aduana Stars are preparing to play ASEC Mimosas on Sunday on the fifth match-day of the CAF Confederation Cup at the Nana Agyeman Badu and the Ogya side boasts of a formidable unbeaten home record in Africa.

The Ghanaian champions have never lost a home game in Africa beating WAC of Morocco in 2011.

Kenichi Yatsuhashi and his team are expected to defeat the Ivorians to brighten their chances of qualification but they know that ASEC will still be tough rivals.

In the first away leg the Ivorian giants won 1-0 but in Dormaa it is the undefeated home record of the Ghanaian side that will be at stake.

Aduana Stars are unbeaten at home in Africa this season in four games. A 2-0 victory and 1-0 win over Al Tahaddy and ES Setif respectively in the Champions league.

The team dropped to the Confederation Cup play-off where they recorded a big 6-1 win over Fosa Juniors of Madagascar before losing the return leg 2-1 to qualify for the group stage 7-3 on aggregate.

In the group stage they continued to protect the fortress Nana Agyeman Badu Park having drawn 3-3 against Morocco’s Raja Casablanca and in their last home outing they beat AS Vita by 2-1.
