Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah is bracing himself for a new challenge at Empoli.
The 26-year-old was unveiled by his new club on Friday having completed a season-long loan move from Torino.
Acquah is already in line to make his debut for Empoli when they face Cagliari in Serie-A on Sunday.
The former TSG Hoffenheim man posted; “New Challenge and Empoli” to show his preparedness to brace life at his new club.
Acquah played three season with Torino since 2015 and his contract is due to expire next summer.
He scored five goals in 71 league appearances during his three-year stay at Torino.
The hardworking midfielder will be playing for his fifth Serie A club after representing Palermo, Sampdoria and Parma.
