Ghana forward Patrick Twumasi has arrived in Spain ahead of his official move to Deportivo Alaves.
Twumasi who agreed to move to the Spanish La Liga side on a five-year deal from Astana touched down at Victoria-Gasteiz Alava on Thursday afternoon and he was whisked to the club office.
The Ghanaian attacker held a mini talk with the Alaves chairman Alfonso Fernández de Trocóniz before moving for his medicals
He is expected to play a key role in the Alaves team this coming season with lots of the players they acquired last year on loan moving back to their respective clubs.
Twumasi is the third Ghanaian Alaves have signed this summer with the rest being Obeng Regan who has been sent on loan to Croatian side NK Istra and Joseph Otoo who is with the Alaves Under 18.
