Administrative manager of Dreams FC, Ameenu Shardow has explained the reasons why the club refused to pen their suggestions to GHALCA on the continuity of the league.
It would be recalled that GHALCA asked all of it members to write officially to them on whether the league should continue or not – with such proposals being forwarded to the FIFA/CAF liaison team.
However, Dreams FC and several other clubs refused to send in their proposals as less that twenty of the 64 members complied.
Dreams FC Administrative Manager Ameenu Shardow explains his club did not send the proposal becuase of the liaison team lacked the requisite mandate.
“The liaison team’s mandate doesn’t stretch beyond what CAF and FIFA gave to them.” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com.
“Dreams Football club did not submit any suggestion to GHALCA because we believe the liaison team don’t have the mandate to run local football, they should operate within the remit of their capacity. ”
Today Juuly 31, is the deadline for all the clubs to submit their ideas to GHALCA.
