Thirty new clubs have applied and accepted to be affiliated to the Ivorian Football Federation proving that the West African country is indeed a soccer nation.
The 30 clubs were accepted last June in Yamoussoukro at the Ordinary Congress of the Ivory Coast Football Federation.
In all thirty-three applied and while thirty were declared admitted after satisfying all the necessary requirements and providing the relevant paperwork, three others were denied and they were Amanvi de Bondoukou’s Fanga Sport, Agboville’s Sporting Club Leader and Traore Massed Korhogo’s Football Club who were rejected for “incomplete records” and were given sixty days to correct their omissions and mistakes.
