Ghanaian midfielder Dickson Afoakwa has joined Slovenia club NK Triglav Kranj, FootballMadeInGhana.com can confirm.

The 20-year-old joins on a three-year deal in a move that was brokered by Phar Partnerships.

Afoakwa played for Ghanaian lower tier club Cornerstones FC before joining Dinamo Brest last year.

He helped the side win the Belarus Cup two times on the bounce.

The move to Triglav was confirmed on Saturday.
