Former Black Stars midfielder, Laryea Kingston has advised retired Ghanaian players to enter into coaching.

According to Laryea, he was happy after hearing that Michael Essien has got his UEFA B license because most of their colleagues feel shy to be on the touchlines.

“I always urge most of my colleagues to enter into coaching, I was very happy when Michael Essien told me that he just got his UEFA B license.

Some of my colleagues are shy to be on the touchlines but it will help develop our football very well” Laryea said. “People like Michael, Myself, John Painstil , and Richard Kingston are into coaching. It will help football in the country because of the experience that we have, so for me, I will always urge them to go into coaching” he added.
