Ghanaian striker Benjamin Tetteh begun life in Sparta Prague in the most sensational way by scoring and providing an assist on his competitive debut for the club.
The 21-year-old emerged an instant hero before a packed home crowd at the Generali Arena in the opening game of the new league season with just 33 minutes of magic against Opava.
Tetteh who replaced Matej Pulkrab in the 57th minute at which point the game was goalless, made himself relevant by slipping through Guelor Kanga for the opening goal in the 73rd minute.
The former Dreams FC and Ghana U20 star then dashed off to celebrate his own goal 11 minutes later with his deflected strike to announce his preence at his new club.
Tetteh was only unveiled last week as a player of Sparta Prague arriving from Bohemians where he showed enormous growth with a run of games.
