Chief Executive officer of Wa All stars, Mr, Oduro Nyarko has stated that the Ghana League Clubs Association will no longer petition FIFA after meeting with Liaison team.
Oduro Nyarko opines that there was understanding between GHALCA and the FIFA liaison team after their meeting at the Alisa hotel and they have all come to a consensus.
“Most of the clubs were present in our meeting with the two liaison officers. Togbe Afede was present” He told Happy fm .
“We wont petition FIFA again because we had a successful meeting with the two liaison officers. We will write our concern to them and our worries for them to forward it to the government to soften it’s decision”
“We looked at our options and concluded that dealing with the two liaison officials is a shorter and the right way to go”
Oduro Nyarko also confirmed that all the clubs will release their players for the various national contrary to what was speculated.
“Those clubs that have their players in the various national teams have been given letters to release the players. The liaison team pleaded with the clubs to release them.The letter head is CAF/FIFA liaison chief . We have agreed to release them” He added.
