Ghana international Abdul Rahman Baba will feature for Schalke 04 on Thursday July 5 when they lock horns with English Premier League side Southampton FC in Kunshan.

Both clubs are in China preparing for their impending league seasons and they have decided to battle each other in China.

Schalke landed in the South-East Asian country on Tuesday and had a bicycle ride around the City on Wednesday morning as part of their training.

Baba who played Schalke’s last game of the season against Frankfurt after a long-term injury is due to start on Thursday against Southampton as he is fully fit now.

Schalke’s second friendly will be against Hebei China Fortune in Langfang on the 11th of July.
