Aduana slap Derrick Sasraku with Ghc 35,000 fine

Ghana’s sole representative in the ongoing CAF Confederation Cup, Aduana Stars have fined their player Derrick Sassraku who beat teammate Elvis Opoku.

In a press release signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the club, Albert Commey, the striker is expected to go to the club’s secretariat by June 2, 2018 to sign an undertaking to put up good behaviour.

“Aduana Football Club present its warm compliments.

You misconducted yourself by trading punches with your team mate (Elvis Opoku) which

is against the code of conduct of the club.

Management, based on your plea, fine you the sum of Three Thousand Ghana Cedis

(GH¢3,000.00) and warn you to desist from such behaviour.

The management of the club have already settle the impasse between Derrick Sasraku and Elvis Opoku.

The striker was also fined GHC 500 for failing to report for training on the agreed date the Head Coach of the club, Yusif Abubakar gave him to report.

“Aduana Football Club present its warm compliments.

We respectfully write to inform you that, you have been fined GH¢500 for failing to report

for training on the agreed date coach, Yussif Abubakar, gave to you to report.

You are required to report for training before Friday, 1st June 2018. Failure to comply with

this mandate shall attract further severe sanctions.

Moreover, you are to report at the club secretariat on Saturday, 2nd June, 2018 to sign an

undertaking to put up good behaviour.
