Ghana international John Boye is set to sign for newly-promoted Turkish Superliga side Altay Spor Kulübü.
Footballmadeinghana.com can exclusively reveal that the Ghanaian guardsman is on his way out of Sivasspor with his contract set to expire on June 30, 2018.
Boye, who joined Sivasspor in the summer of 2015 has made 58 appearances for the club scoring seven goals though injuries has taken the better part of him in the past few years.
The Izmir-based club are bent on maintaining their topflight status and manager İsmet Taşdemir is keen on signing Boye to stabilize his defence.
The experienced Ghanaian defender nearly joined MLS side Chicago Fire two seasons ago when Sivasspor were relegated but rescinded the decision and stayed with the club.
He is set to fly to Izmir in the coming weeks to conclude his personal terms.
