Aduana Stars winger Sam Adams is mute on his club’s title defence chances.
The Fire club have been far from convincing this season in the domestic front as they are also playing in the CAF competition.
Aduana beat Liberty Professionals by three goals to two on Thursday in an outstanding league game and Adams maintains their success lies in the hands of the Almighty.
“Football is sometimes like that, what is needed is the three points and we have gotten it that is all” Adams told footballmadeinghana.com
“Everything is in the hand of God, I can’t say we are going defend the league. What God says is what is going to happen. Let wait and see what is going to happen”
Sam Adams also spoke about their CAF Confederations Cup game against Raja Casablanca on Wednesday.
” We are hoping to beat them (Raja Casablanca) on Wednesday. But in life you can’t tell what is going to happen tomorrow, If God says is our day, we are going to surprise everyone on the continent. We hope to beat them convincingly” He added.
