Former Coach of Kumasi King Faisal FC, Mallam Yahaya has called on the management of the club to change their way of doing things if they want to bring back the club to the elite division
Yahaya hinted that unless the administrative structure is changed at the club they will continue to wallow in the Ghanaian second-tier.
“Is very sad to see a club like King Faisal suffering this way” Mallam Yahaya told Zuria fm Sports.
“I think they need to change a lot of things, they should be ready to invest a lot in the club because of our current system. The players lack motivation, a player cannot play football with hunger. Paying the players well is the only thing that can help the club”
The former Ghana international also advised the bankroller of the club, Alhaji Gruzah to hand over the team to competent management and also make sure he appoints a good coach for the club.
“Alhaji Gruzah is ageing and the best he can do now is to appoint competent people to manage the club. He should also get a very good coach to take over the team. If not, I think the problem is not ending anytime.”
