Ghanaian second division side Bisty Football Club will take part in this year’s edition of the Prestigious Welsh International Super Cup at Cardiff.
The third-tier side which is based in Kumasi and Konongo both in the Ashanti Region Region of Ghana have Under 12 up to under 17 teams and they will be making their first appearance in the highly recognised tournament.
The 2018 Welsh International Super Cup which is scheduled for 2nd – 5th August has over the years attracted players including Steven Gerrard, Michael Owen, Andriy Shevchenko, Tomas Rosicky, Joe Allen and Jack Butland.
Chelsea, Manchester United, Cardiff City, Ajax, Barcelona, Real Madrid are part of the invited clubs and they will compete from Under 6 to Under 16 levels.
