Liberty professionals’ striker Benjamin Eshun has stated that they are the best team in the league though they lack the cutting edge at the final end of the pitch.

The budding striker believes his side play well with their only deficiency being their profligacy in front of goal.

“We play the best football in the Ghana Premier league. Just left with the goal scoring. We pray God will open the goal scoring door for us.” Eshun told the Media after their win over Karela United.

“Personally, I think is hard luck. We will take it like that and also work on the goal scoring”

Eshun also talked about his own poor conversion rate in the league so far and how he hopes to improve.

“As a striker when you miss a lot of chances. You have to remain focus and think. Against Dwarfs, I wasted a lot of chances but that is football is normal.”

“We play better in away games than our home games. We have won two away games and drawn two. I think going forward everything will be fine ”

Liberty have moved from the relegation zone following the win over Karela over the weekend.
