Asante Kotoko’s Burkinabe import Songne Yacouba says his mates are yet to come to terms with how he plays.
The Burkinabe import revealed that he will be working on how to coordinate with his teammates to make things easier as the season progresses.
“My colleagues are not used to my style of play and so we will be training to get used to each other, I will be telling them how I want the balls to be given to me, putting the ball on the ground so I can make lot of movements taking defenders on so I can score.” Yacouba told Oyerepa FM
“I feel very good playing again, I thank God for the strength to feature after staying off the pitch for about six months.”
Yacouba who has featured in two games so far this season also lauded the Kotoko fans who came to back them against Karela in midweek.
“I thank all the supporters who came to watch us against Karela, next time I will make them happy and make them feel okay. They should continue to support the team and the players, I promise we will take the league for them”
