West Africa football Academy prodigy Aminu Mohammed is in Spain receiving treatment after sustaining a knee injury in the week 5 of the Ghana Premier league against Inter Allies.

Aminu Mohammed who had a promising start to the league scored 4 goals and went on to win the player of the month of March before the injury.

WAFA released an official statement on Friday morning on their twitter handle stating that the former Black Starlets striker is seeking treatment in the Southern European country.

“Aminu Mohammed is in Spain for observation by doctors on the knee injury he sustained playing in the Ghana Premier League. ” the stated.
