Ghana Premier League returnees, Dreams FC, as part of their administrative preparations for the 2017/18 season, has named a crack four-member communication team.
The team comprises knowledgeable, experienced journalists who have been in the profession for a number of years now.
The team is headed by Henry Asante Twum, formerly of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) and presently with EIB Network’s Starr FM in Accra.
The three members are Derrick Okraku, a kingpin in Dreams FC’s corporate and media work; Ameenu Shardow formerly with Ghanasoccernet.com and now the Administrative Manager at Dreams FC; and Jerome Otchere, former Kotoko Express Editor and currently, Editor-In-Chief at FootballMadeInGhana.com.
A statement released on January 2, 2018 and signed by Prince Hamid, Dreams FC’s Vice President, called on the media and the general public to assist the team.
They are to “Lead the club’s communication drive for the upcoming football season. The quartet have been tasked to position the club as the leading sporting brand in Ghana. They are supposed to come up with a communication strategy for the 2017/18 season and beyond” the statement added.
