Kumasi Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong is sure of beating Medeama on Sunday when the two clubs battle for supremacy in the Semi finals of the MTN FA Cup at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
Frimpong who returned to training after his heroics with the Black Stars B in the 2017 WAFU Tournament stressed that they are well prepared for the Yellow and Mauves and they will go all out for a win.
“We are ready for the game, if you look at the training we are doing everyone is working hard and preparing for the game.” Frimpong told footballmadeinghana.com
“If you look at the way things are going in the league , everything is not over but it will be difficult for us to win the league . The FA Cup is open and our chances there are very bright, we want to win it so that we can use it to qualify for Africa, and appease our fans in case we don’t win the league.”
Currently, Kotoko are fourth on the domestic league log and are nine points behind leaders Aduana Stars with four game to go.
