The Spokesperson of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Elvis Adjei Baah has revealed that his outfit is working to ensure that the salaries of the Black Starlets players and the technical team are settled.
Baah revealed that the salary arears of the national under 17 entourage will be settled before they leave the shores of Ghana for the upcoming FIFA under 17 tournament in India next month.
“It has been a long time so we want no hanging issues especially as they are preparing for the World Cup. We are doing everything possible to pay them,” Baah told footballmadeinghana.com
“We are almost done and I can assure them that their money will be out soon as it will boost their morale,”
Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin and his boys have not been paid for several months.
