Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is glad with his maiden goal for Bursaspor in the Turkish Superlig.
The central midfielder who was making his second appearance for the club since his summer loan move from Udinese opened the scoring in a 38th minute with a precise finished as his side beat Alanyaspor by three goals to two.
Badu was elated after the game and revealed that he was eager to score before the fans at the Bursa Buyuksehir Belediye Stadyumu.
“It’s a very good match, and I am proud of myself and my teammates. It is very helpful to be fit, as I see today, it’s always great to score in front of a massive fan base.” Badu told his club’s website
“Yes, this was something I expected.” I expected to score or assists to make everyone happy.”
Bursaspor are eighth on the league log with three points from two games.
