Chinese side Tianjin TEDA have paid €3million to Anderlecht as part of the €6.5 million fee for the loan deal of Ghana international Frank Acheampong.
According to a report by Demorgen, the ambitious Chinese side offered the Belgium giants the money on Friday and they are bent on paying the rest before December when the loan deal ends.
Tianjin TEDA are also ready to trigger the €3.5million buy-out clause which was enshrined in the contract after the initial € 6.5 million four-month loan deal fee.
Acheampong has now been included in the first team following the demotion of Nigerian Brown Ideye to the Team B.
