Dreams FC look set to maintain their GN Division One Zone Three lead this weekend when they welcome Vision FC to the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu in a week 23 fixture.
The home side are unbeaten at Dawu this season and are likely to annex the three maximum points against a talented Vision FC side who are third on the table.
The first round encounter between the two teams at the Nii Okroamansah Park at Amrahia ended 3-2 in favor of Dreams FC with the league leaders coming from behind to snatch a late winner through defender Godfred Asante.
Dreams FC are on top of the league but Vision FC have proved to be very clinical upfront netting 35 goals so far which is the highest in zone. The Dreams FC back four should be very wary of striker Gideon Ofori Offei who has proven to be a ruthless predator netting 12 goals so far this campaign.
Manager Karim Zito’s side have been a delight to watch and they have proven their mettle when the stakes are high. Losing just one game in 22 outings and putting up superb performances is no fluke as Dreams FC have really justified their stay at the top.
Not much changes are expected in the Dreams FC team with teenage striker Zuberu Sharani who came in the second half to score a goal and also give assists being the only one who is likely to start.
Fans who will troop to the stadium will witness quality football as both teams have showed that they are the best in the same.
Dreams FC are on top with 57 points whilst Vision FC are 3rd with 48 points with goals difference separating them and Heart of Lions who are second.
The game will be a cagey clash but Dreams FC can carry the day if they eschew complacency and play to instructions.
