Ghana midfielder Mohammed Abu has returned to training after a short lay off.
The Columbus Crew enforcer missed his side’s last two MLS games with an ankle sprain but was back at the Mapfre Stadium on Monday as his side continued their preparation for the midweek clash with Philadelphia Union.
The Ghanaian did not kick ball at the practice but was only made to do some running as the medical team continued to observe him.
Manager Gregg Berhalter will have a final report on the former Manchester City player on Tuesday evening if he could feature on Wednesday or not.
