Veteran football administrator MNS Doe has been declared winner of the disputed Central Region FA chairmanship position elections held two years ago.
Doe was adjudged to have clucked 24 votes as against the 26 garnered by his sole competitor Roy Arthur.
The administrator who was not convinced sent the matter to Cape Coast High court challenging the eligibility of Roy Arthur.
The case was ruled on Tuesday with Doe being declared the winner as Arthur was not fit to contest.
The court presided over by Judge Justice Dapaah has restrained Roy Arthur from holding himself as the Regional FA boss.
