Ghana Black Stars coach, Kwesi Appiah believes luck wasn’t on their side in the 1-0 defeat to Mexico on Thursday morning.

Appiah emphasized that his side created lots of chances and should have won by 4 or 5 goals.

“The day is not our day and there is nothing we can do again, that is game of football,” Appiah stated after the game

“We played all attacking and beautiful football but we could not get the goal,”

Ghana lost by a goal through a penalty after defender John Boye brought down an opponent in the 18 yard box

Ellias Hernadez converted it in the 32 second minute to give El Tri the lead after John Boye had brought down an opponent in the box.
