Mexican side Atlas FC are ready to sign Cameroonian midfielder Patrick Soko due to the outstanding performance of Ghana youth star Clifford Aboagye.

The club on Saturday stated in a release that the output of Aboagye has been excellent since his loan deal from Granada and they are relishing partnering Soko with him.

Soko 20, has been the star of Dominican Republic giants Cibao FC helping them to second place in the Liga Dominicana de Fútbol last season.

Talks between the Cameroonian and FC Atlas are at an advanced stage and he could sign in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Atlas FC are also ready to pay $5million and sign Aboagye on a permanent deal from Granada after his loan spell.
