Dreams FC maintained top spot in Zone III of the Division One Leage after a 2 – 0 win over Kotoku Royals and Manager Karim Zito has plauded his players for the feat.
Speaking to Footballmadeinghana.com in a post match interview, he revealed his charges regained mental toughness at half time, leading to the magical display which won game in the second half.
“We spoke to the boys attitude-wise about the game. And at half time they told me of the mistakes they did and I was very happy”.
“So I asked them to go and make those positive changes and we wanted people to challenge and take them (Kotoku) on and I think the Captain also played a huge part”, Zito concluded.
Dreams FC will play second placed Hearts of Lions in a match day 17 fixture at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu on Wednesday.
