Egyptian giants Zamalek have announced the signing of Ghana striker Benjamin Acheampong from Dakhleya.
Fellow Egyptian side Smuoha reported on May 20, that they have signed the former Kotoko striker and the announcement made by Zamalek today that they have also acquired the Ghanaian on a four-year deal could spark an impasse between the two clubs.
Acheampong, 26, netted an impressive 10 goals in 29 games for Dakhleya after joining in June 2016 from Jordanian side Aqaba.
If Acheampong is found guilty of signing for the two clubs at the same time, he could be banned by FIFA.
