Ghana Black Stars 2019 AFCON qualifying opponent Ethiopia will lock horns with the Cranes of Uganda on Saturday in Addis Ababa as part of their trial games ahead of the Ghana Clash.
Newly appointed Ethiopian coach Ashenafi Bekele chose their fellow East African Country Uganda for the preparatory game as he believes the Cranes who gave Ghana a tough time last year in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers will be able to give his side the needed drill.
The Walia Antelopes will use the friendly game to assess their strength and make the necessary corrections before the team flies to Ghana on Tuesday for the encounter on Saturday.
Ghana and Ethiopia last met during the 2014 CHAN Tournament in South Africa in which the Black Stars won by a lone goal.
