Ghana midfielder Yusif Raman Chibsah was in his elements in midfield on Tuesday night as his side Benevento booked their place in the final Serie A qualification play off final with a 1-1 draw at Perugia.

The first leg ended 1-0 in favour of Benevento with Chibsah netting the winner at the Stadio Ciro Vigorito last week.

Benevento who are in their maiden Serie B season will face Carpi in the final play-off next month

On loan inter star George Puscas put the visitors ahead when he buried a rebound from Michele Camporese header in the 81st minute.

Perugia drew even in stoppage time through Francesco Nicastro but it was not enough as Benevento held on till the end of the game.

Carpi also defeated Frosinone by a lone goal to book their place in the final.
