There would have been a more glorious celebration on Monday night for Egyptian giants Al Ahly but Ghana striker John Antwi was on hand to halt the party with a 73rd minute equalizer to grab a 2 – 2 draw for  Misr El-Maqassa.

Antwi,  on loan for six months from Ahly broke away from a counter going past two defenders before a classic side footed finish to record his 10th goal of the season in all competitions.

El-Maqassa lie second on the league log on 64 points with four more games to end the season.
